The trophy for the Bullen Awards and LLB Awards has been designed by Erika Lagerbielke

Both trophies have been designed by Erika Lagerbielke. Erika Lagerbielke is one of Sweden’s best-known designers. Her design has won International acclaim and appreciation. She works with product design in all material areas, but is particularly well-known for her collaboration with Orrefors. Her best-known products include the Intermezzo tableware with the blue droplet, the minimalist Merlot, the Difference wine experience glass and the More and Beer series–glasses for everyday use.

Erika Lagerbielke has designed a large number of trophies for various awards. In addition to the Bullen Awards and the LLB Awards, they include the prize for the Volvo China Open golf tournament, the Volvo Environment Award, the Female Economist Award and the StyrelseAkademien Golden Gavel.

Erika Lagerbielke talks about the design of the Bullen Awards:
“My sculpture was inspired by Pontus ‘Bullen’ Lagerbielke’s innovative lighting design and captures the essence of stage lighting in a stylish design with an unexpected twist. The sculpture is designed as a stylized floodlight, a classic pair of two round-bottomed cylinders. The color variations are a metaphor for stage lighting. The colors are Bullen’s favorite colors. The small air bubbles catch the light in the base, they shine like small stars. The stars that shine in memory of Bullen.”
